All products purchased from Videocraft come with a standard 12-month manufacturer warranty. We also offer extended protection plans for premium gear at checkout.

How long does shipping take for high-value equipment?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. For high-value items, we use insured premium couriers and require a signature upon delivery to ensure your gear arrives safely.

What is your return policy for opened items?

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories. A restocking fee may apply if the factory seal is broken on certain high-end electronics.

Do you offer technical support for setup?

Yes, Videocraft provides complimentary remote technical support for the first 90 days after purchase to help you calibrate and configure your new equipment.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. For professional studios, we also offer financing options through our partner, Affirm.

Are the products on your site brand new?
